for the handiness of being able to wander around to net cafes when
travelling, or in offices/colleges where the machines are too tightly
locked down to allow you to import a .reg file...
[although ye may as well just compile a custom version which has all yer
settings compiled in, so ye can just go clickety-click once ye download
it]
