Actually, Benchmark assemble the 880's for Sun, and I'm an Analysis Tech.
When the server fails the 20+ hours of testing, I determine which piece of
hardware needs replacing. Not much work with the system in the job, but I've
been given access to Solaris boxes I can play around with and promises of a
Solaris Sys Admin course if things work out well.
The test platform is quite interesting as well! The systems for test boot
over the net and run a bunch of ksh scripts behind a tcl/tk front-end. The
engineering dept are working on creating a debug environment within this,
since the test is self contained and does not lend itself to debugging tasks
too well. Time to brush-up on my ksh scripting and tcl/tk stuff!

UNIX by Osborne. It's also handy in case the hand brake in the car fails, I
can put it behind a tyre to keep the car from rolling! ;)
