It is included in Ximian's build.
You might need to go to the install page, rather than the upgrade page
to get it installed, that is what I had to do.
On yet another related note, is it possible to get red carpet to use the
ftp.esat.net mirror of the ximian site? I tried adding it to the
mirrors.xml file, but no joy there.
