Depending on your exact situation, this
may/may not be of any use -
But perhaps you could cheat and just
use dd to image the box with oracle db
to the other box.
Presumably you'd only have to change
a some non oracle related things on
the second box.
Like i say - could be a quick solution
or a very bad idea depending on your setup.
