Removing obsolete wu.ftpd* (since we replace it).
Disabling other FTP services.
Adding /usr/sbin/wu-ftpd as your FTP daemon.

You can add an anonymous FTP account later using /usr/sbin/addftpuser
(see  addftpuser --help  for more information).
