ECDL doesn't require it, but most of the tutorials / books etc assume you're
using Office '97 ...
I know a few people who did it with Office '97 and now can't use Office 2k /
XP, because some things are different ...
It's very poorly taught, which is a pity, because the potential is there for
it to be a usable syllabus
The syllabus is available online, and is quite detailed in what should be
taught, but IIRC doesn't mention any specific products.
