Also I forgot to mention, DO NOT run any C3 @ full speed
without a fan. It won't melt, but it probably won't run
for too long. The max rated case temp of the CPU is 70C.
You can just about reach this if you run a 133MHz FSB chip
at 100MHz, or a 100MHz FSB @ 66MHz.
