I will note in passing that the quoted flip reply from Alan Cox was
_not_ an insult, but rather humourous dismissal. Perhaps Mr. Kelly's
unstated assumption is that one should take personal offence whenever
one's declarations aren't taken seriously, even when they're ludicrous.
This assumption is often used to justify theatrical hypersensitivity,
which is then urged upon others.
