Hmm - bit of a stretch to say that
Remove case screws.
Remove case lid (often by application of considerable force and at cost in
blood).
Remove slot screw.
Grasp card firmly and pull upwards.

Does it object to being removed with power on ? In any event, see above,
with the exception of the latter two steps.

Hmm - so much static that you can feel it - gives one a warm and fuzzy
feeling about the likely reliability of a Sentinel box, no ? (the most
insidious effect of static damage is not breaking a part because then you
know it's broken and don't deploy it. But often static will damage and
insulation layer on a chip, considerably reducing its thickness and making
it much more likely to fail in service. In service failures are to be
avoided on things like satellites or, say, super duper firewall boxes :-)
