My bat book is not to hand, but maybe someone out there
can look this up for me...
How can I tell sendmail to only accept one message per
SMTP connection? Does it advertise this capability in
the EHLO response, or does the submitting MTA just go
ahead and try sending multiple messages regardless.
(Rationale: I need to limit the rate of incoming
messages on an underpowered machine. I can get sendmail
to stop accepting _connections_ on port 25 if the
load average is too high, but this doesn't help if
the remote server decides to submit a whole bunch
of messages in one connection.)
