Both articles are fairly clueless and not worth reading. One
memorable quote is:
"Paying for Linux may not be as pure, but it's a whole lot easier."
This person somehow got the idea that building linux from scratch
is "pure" and paying for a distro is somehow "not as pure" because
money is involved. They seem to equate Linux with communism or
something... Never mind the fact that the writer seems unaware
of the fact that most distros are available for download free of
charge...
