I just fired up Konqueror 2.1.1 wandered around http://www.dol.ie/ 
with no obvious rendering problems.  I got "500 Internal Server Error" 
on a number of pages, which might well be cross-links to the digifone.ie
machine, which appears to be having httpd or database problems.  I
didn't test the SSL support, not being a customer.

That's what they get for running Netscape Enterprise Server instead
of a real httpd.  ;->
