[ILUG] Paper feed

[ILUG] Paper feed

Ferren MacIntyre Ferren.MacIntyre at nuigalway.ie
Mon Jan 28 10:58:40 GMT 2002

Nearly every paper-feed problem I have had in Ireland (Brother laser, Epson
& Apple inkjets) has been solved by using dry paper. Equilibrium humidity
in my environment is just a bit too high for computers designed in dryer
climes. There's a happy medium: too enthusiastic drying engenders non
flatness, which is quickly fatal. Find the right shelf in your airing
cupboard, and you are home free.

Cheers,

--Ferren
