[ILUG] Linux Format subscription complaint

[ILUG] Linux Format subscription complaint

Sean Mac Suibhne smacsuibhne at yahoo.com

Just wondering if my experience is unusual.

I subscribed to Linux Format and in June of 2001 STG73.53 was deleted from
my VISA account.

On the 30th of October 2001 I wrote to complain that I had not received a
single copy and looked for an explaination.

I then received 2 copies LX21 and LX22 and have not received any since.

Linuxformat claim that the magazines were posted to me and none were
returned to them undelivered. The address is correct and they have asked TNT
to put a trace on items sent to me.

They cannot give me the issues that I did not receive as they say they are
sold out. They have also said I will receive one extra magazine as a
goodwill gesture.

Looking forward to hearing from ye all!

Sean
