[ILUG] Linux Format subscription complaint

Certainly not. I too subscribed to LinuxFormat. I thought they where
doing a good job, a pioneering effort so to speak. Plus I liked the
Editor, Nick Vitec. He used to write/edit a lot of Amiga mags back in
the day. Anyway I had similar problems. Essentially I had to phone and
complain of non-delivery for every second issue. It got to the point
where it was easier to buy the mag in any newsagent than it was to
receive the subscription. Plus I was pissed that they brought out a DVD
edition without even notifying of such a feature and the chance to
upgrade my subscription to receive it.

I decided not to renew the subscription.

As a side note, mine where always delivered via normal post, not TNT. I
guess someone in the post office is having a field day with nicking
mag's in the post.

I also had a subscription to Edge gaming magazine which suffered from
similar problems. Both mags come from Future Publishing.
