[ILUG] gcc & wcscasecmp() strangeness . . . .

I don't have any manpage for any wide char functions . . . (???)
I tried the #define above and it didn't work (I also tried the #define
__USES_GNU) that the function is wrapped inside in wchar.h and it doesn't
work either . . .
Hmmm . . .
