Basically what you want to do is port forward
from one box to another, which there are a few
ways to acheive.
Userspace processes can give lots of control
like restricting certain ip ranges for e.g.
And there are many to choose from (which I
found when investigating did I have to write:

However you don't seem to need access control,
so a firewall rule may suffice? (look at the DNAT
iptables target)
