[Watch it people!!! He's been able to get two devices working...he is
obviously way more intelligent than the rest of us, so we should throw
away the work of tens of thousands of developers and use ancient systems
like slackware, else we aren't really Linux Users.]

You see you're actually ranting now.

I have managed to get two 'devices' running by adding their device strings
to the inf files... what is this called in fuckwit circles...I'm sure you
know the term... "inf hacking".

Yeah.
1. Winmodem - in Linux
1. 3dfx OpenGL accelerated driver for windows 2000 and yes if you want give
me about five days and I will substanciate the windmodem in Linux if you so
desire... that PC is in my mother's house so it will take some time
