As a RedHat zealot I'd like to point out that (a) RedHat's is free for
one machine and (b) if you're really unscrupulous/poor/whatver, you can
just register under a few different names for each machine you want to
keep up to date. The subscription fees are fairly cheap, though.
And if all else fails, just NFS mount one of the mirrors and do rpm -Fvh
/nfsmount/* [1]
Waider. Free as in you don't pay money. Screw this "as in beer" crap.
