[ILUG] calendar for console

[ILUG] calendar for console

Quoting Gavin Costello (gavcos at esatclear.ie):

Daily reminder utility, right? One of these might suffice:

http://it.geocities.com/fnt400/diarem.html
http://fly.srk.fer.hr/~nix/Birthday/
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/remind/

Found them by entering Freshmeat and searching for "reminder". ("Daily
reminder" didn't yield useful results.) I've not used any of them, but
they might be worth a shot.

A lot of these things are coded in PHP/MySQL for the Web. Having to-do
reminders at the console prompt seems quite obvious now that you mention
it, but obviously not flashy enough for many people. ;->
