Is anyone else having trouble with customers abroad who can't find your sites?

Quite a few of our users get a "host not found" error when they try and visit
http://www.tradesignals.com/
I've checked with our hosting provider(EMC) and Esat(handle our DNS) but both
deny anything's wrong. I suspect it's a DNS issue and tried using some of the
traceroute sites listed at http://www.geektools.com/ and found that some
sites couldn't resolve www.tradesignals.com at all!
ie. As of 17:23 today this site reports that our webserver is an unknown host!

I tried with www.linux.ie (hosted with Indigo) without any problems, and also
with www.hammerauction.com who are hosted by Esat. The hammerauction site is
missing in action too :(

This site gave a "nameserver not responding" error the first time I searched
but on reloads seems almost fine.

Sorry for the OT post, this has been happening since Monday and getting on my
nerves as you can imagine, so any help would be appreciated.

Donncha.
