Does anyone know of a way to do pap/chap connections *without* storing the
passwords on the pap-secrets / chap-secrets files ...
Essentially I'm looking at a way to move some of my working environment to
Linux, but I need to _not_ store _any_ passwords in plaintext (good idea !)
to pass the required security audits ...
Any suggestions (besides lying ... I'd like to deploy this elsewhere if I
can get it working smoothly !)
