The Sony Store, believe it or not, are usually willing to haggle over
Vaios and the like, if you can point out that it's cheaper on the
Net. They usually won't be able to *match* the prices of the online
stores, but they'll get it into the comfort zone. IME.
Peats have a good selection of Vaios.
Don't by Toshiba laptops if you want to install anything non-standard
on them.
