[ILUG] Ssh denied.

Does slakware use /etc/sysconfig/* or is that a RedHatism ?

try a grep for the ip address, not iptables ... ISTR that some config files
can be fed to iptables as params ... so all you'll see in the file is
something like 

	-I INPUT -s 192.168.1.1 -j DENY
