[ILUG] Goldmine on a Samba share

As this has come up very occasionally and we're installed version 5 of 
Goldmine on a Samba share I've posted some of the details of how we did it 
above. Basically, turn off all optimization settings for that share! It's dog 
slow so we're going to turn things on setting by setting to see what helps 
without causing Goldmine to keel over.
