Possibly, you're referring to the Evaluation and Live-Eval ISOs. SuSE
permit non-commercial redistribution of those, as stated here:
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/README.iso-images.english
The boxed set (Professional and Personal Editions) CDs are a _very_
different matter, as they include non-publicly-redistributable
proprietary software from third parties. Even if SuSE wanted to allow
such copying, they couldn't, because it's other people's property at
stake.
