[ILUG] Licence clarifcation query

[ILUG] Licence clarifcation query

 Hi,

I'm a member of the Irish Linux User Group (who are CC'd on this email),
and recently there has been a heated debate over whether or not it is
legal to copy SuSE distribution CDs, and give them away for:

As much money as you can get (as companies like cheapbytes do.)
Enough to cover costs (as friends do for friends)
Cream buns (as I do, for Irish Linux Users)
    Of finally, for free.

Could you please clarify this question, and post to our mailing list
(ilug at linux.ie).

The discussion, and our confused attempts to resolve it can be found
from here:

John
