Hate being the legal gobs**** here but if some benifit is obtained by the
offeror at the expense or detriment of the offeree then there is a value
(consideration) attached to the subject matter.
So even a cream bun, a penny or cent or a promise can amount to
consideration. Therefore may be in breach of previously stated licence
agreements.
