Not sure about free french ISPs, but the Irish 1891 numbers definitely do
NOT work outside Ireland. If you have an eircom account yofu can dial 00 353
1 8192400 or if you have an indigo 00 353 1 6047000.
If you have an IOL, Esat or some other account, you'll have to ring tech
support to get a direct dial number.
