[ILUG] Best way to burn a RH7.3 bootable CD

[ILUG] Best way to burn a RH7.3 bootable CD

Phil,

I have installed various purchased flavours of Linux on this machine before
with no problems. I didn't fancy shelling out a hundred quid this time so
wanted to try out a download version instead. The machine is a P II Dell
Dimension machine.

is it an old machine?

If it is, sometimes you need to insert the cd just as the machine is
booting, so it spins up in time for the boot check to find it.

Had to do that on a couple of machines here, as they would just skip the
cd otherwise.
