password. Can you access the share using smbclient //win/share using
that username and password?

This looks like permissions aswell. I've seen the tree connect error
before and it's usually because the share no longer exists (if the
folder was renamed or deleted). However, because of the ERRnoaccess, I
reckon it's permissions on the folder locally on the computer. It
could be set so that only certain a/c's are allowed read it. Can you
access the share as the owner of the share (ie. use their username and
password)?
