No harm having an EGM outside dublin. Problem being that it's a long time
since we've had any non-dubs bother their arse organising anything.
When ILUG was setup, there was a policy that we would rotate the GMs.
Worked well too. Dublin is particularly bad for meetings, in that you
can't get venues at any reasonable time, for any reasonable cost anymore.
