OK - we're talking about the AGM of a geek group, yes ? Why can't it be on
simultaneously in Cork, Dublin, and Galway ? Surely Gnomemeeting will be up
to it by then ? Talks could be given by speakers in each venue, and
narrowcast to the other venues. The necessary voting could take place in all
three venues.
