That kind of thing is the job of the window manager, I think.
Enlightenment does things properly, when you maximise a window it only
maximises on _one_ screen, popups don't appear caught between both
screens, etc.  Dunno about sawfish ...

	has had some form of xinerama support since last october.

blackbox:	http://blackbox.thelinuxcommunity.org/patches.html
	claims "minimal" support.

fluxbox:	from the Changelog (http://fluxbox.sourceforge.net/ChangeLog):
	*02/03/19:
	* Added Xinerama support


I'm off to test fluxbox's support now ...
