[ILUG] Package dependencies

Thats what you always say when you loose an argument.... and to think I
dropped OpenBSD-3.0 down to the antefacto office and didn't even get
rembursed for the disks... shocking really don't you think?

 That has to be the biggest load of bullshit I've seen on ILUG since I
killed filed Moan.
