[ILUG] Squid failures

[ILUG] Squid failures

Hi again folks,
My squid box running redhat7.0 with some ipchains rules has stopped squid due to 'repeated frequent failures'

After googling for this, I had a look in the cache.log for errors, as suggested, but cannot find anything between 09:30 this morning, and just now when I restarted squid manually.

Any suggestions what to look for ?
