[ILUG] Squid failures

Did you try running squid -d 2 maybe and see what you get, could be that
the cache needs to be rebuilt.

Hi again folks,
My squid box running redhat7.0 with some ipchains rules has stopped
squid due to 'repeated frequent failures'

After googling for this, I had a look in the cache.log for errors, as
suggested, but cannot find anything between 09:30 this morning, and just
now when I restarted squid manually.

Any suggestions  what to look for ?
