Yes, last year there were no problems. The problems seem to stem from
their current shipping agent; variously called names like "Airlink
Express", "Two Way Interlink" and so on, who seem to have a much more
restrictive notion of the application of the import regulations; I
don't know whether they are correct or not, but everything coming
through them attracts 23.5% plus €12.70 in additional charges. Things
coming from Amazon aren't charged in this way.
If it *is* the shipping agent making a balls of things, we should get
onto Thinkgeek to use a different logistics supplier.
