Further info at http://www.openssh.com/txt/preauth.adv including a patch
for existing versions of SSH. Should be trivial to get a SRPM for your
RPM-based system, add in the patch to the spec file, and rebuild. And
I'm sure there's similar for Debian, but since I've never dpkg'd
anything in my life I've no idea how it's done. You source-builders
should be able to manage it too. It's a small enough patch that it
should apply without trouble to at least some older versions of SSH.
