Folks,
Meant to tell you all this at the AGM, but just couldn't get out of bed
in time...
I (and my company) have been paying for linux.ie for the past while, but
it may no longer be appropriate to do that. For a start the IEDR is
instituting direct debit for small domain holders, and it might be best
if that came from the ILUG directly than from me. So can anyone tell
me if the ILUG is in a position to take this over? If so, mail me,
and we'll sort out the administration. At some point perhaps a plug on
the website would be a good idea (but I'm not pushed).
Anyway, commiserations with all those losing either jobs; it's a tough
time out there.
