[ILUG] forming a LUG in Midlands area

I concur. Albeit Longford being the hub of the universe, I don't
think it requires it's own LUG just yet.

A good idea as a basis..

For proximity reasons I would suggest Cavan, Longford,
Roscommon, Westmeath for a Midlands LUG.
