I don't know if it's the same people, but there is a couple in the States
who are quite vocal and are chasing the Nigerian government looking for
restitution. The astonishing thing is that they are a doctor and a nurse,
therefore one would imagine that their combined IQ is slightly over their
combined shoe size, but obviously one's imagination would be wrong.
