Check out www.marx-computers.com, based in Dublin (North Circular Rd),
they're very reasonably priced, and shipping will save you a fortune ... 

Their EUR 41.50 ISDN card definately works under linux and (IIRC) is based
on the chipset Liam mentioned ...
