I am sending you this e-mail because of your interest or involvement in SMS gateways, in some shape or form. I need to contact integrators and service providers who might benefit from any of the following technologies to enhance their SMS offerings.
1: E-mail to SMS: An intelligent conversion from e-mail to SMS messages, whereby the incoming e-mail is summarised to a 160 character message focussing on what the e-mail is really about.
2: InterAct, a system for interacting with end-users via SMS messages. Knowledge driven, it is highly configurable, and is suitable for driving marketing campaigns.
3: AutoAnswer, a system for providing customer support via SMS, email, or the web. Again, it is knowledge driven.
I would be very grateful if you had any ideas as to who I could contact, or if you would forward this e-mail to them. (I've kept this message short, but if you'd like to know more about us please see http://www.scientific.co.uk/software/ .) Many thanks.
Regards
