Eh, don't sniff, it wil get you in trouble, unless you have it in writing that you can.
If they have a "EULA" on logon, then read it. Our's says, don';t do this, don't do that. Do you agree, and we all click yes or cannot work.
Its all entirely legal as we all signed that wee paper saying I have sold my soul to such and such a company.

Does anyone know if it is legal for the company you are working for to watch
the sites you go to and read your email before it is sent i.e it is held ,
read, the sent
also is it legal to use sniffers on the network to grab passwords
