Was looking at this today. Coupla hundred quid, memorandum and articles 
of association, and one or two other people to join in, and you have a 
company.

Probably better off with your Domain Name (as a Business Name or Sole 
Trader), but you won't have the nice little Ltd. at the end. You can 
legally call yourself it, and bank with it as long as you tell your 
nice bank manager.

I was thinking of doing something about that today...
