The words "too", "good", "to", "be" and "true" spring to mind. Oh, as
do the words "April" and "Fool" for some reason.

Apart from that, this article points to an ***incredible*** amount of
vision on the part of the government.

I'd *love* to see it come to pass. I'm trying to figure out who will
see this as a threat rather than an opportunity though... Eircom, NTL, 
Eircell/Vodafone, BT/Esat...?
