Why not simply write a letter? They accept letters by email, and do print
them if they meet whatever criteria they apply to letters in general (such
as, I assume, can the author spell and construct coherent sentences).
Complaining or otherwise to the paper is all well and good but may not get
your point out to any sort of a wider audience. A letter, on the other hand,
gets printed in the paper and published on the site.
