They handled the "error" too smootly.

How much would the PR campaign cost to get the level of publicity they 
have got out of the error ?

perhaps one could plan to have an "error which is so wrong, you arent 
legally obliged to fill orders..."

Cost of error/publicity : 20* (106-13) = 1860

That is a very cheap bit of *cough* viral marketing.
