Hmmm, any lower and with the default config, you'll start catching
borked mailing-list mails and stuff... that said, I never played
with customising the rulesets or scoring much.

They're to compensate for mails which are *definitely* OK to get
through... eg mails which come from a trusted address (a 'whitelist'
address), but which may have other spam-like characteristics...
